Make a privacy request

Email marketing@allgreatthings.io with the subject “Volleyball NT privacy request.”

Include the page address, the school or Club Team and season, a short description of the concern, and what you would like reviewed. Explain whether you are contacting us about your own information, your child, or on behalf of a school, club or another person.

Start with the minimum information needed to identify the issue. If more information is needed to establish your identity or authority, we will explain what is needed and why. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, birth certificates, medical records or identity documents in your initial email.

Urgent concern about a Player's visibility

Use the subject “Volleyball NT — urgent visibility concern” and include the page address. Explain the visibility issue without repeating sensitive details unnecessarily.

We will review whether access or visibility should be restricted while the concern is assessed. This inbox is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services.

What happens after you contact us

We will review the request, ask for any necessary clarification and explain the outcome. The appropriate response may be a correction, a visibility change, deletion, or an explanation of why a requested action cannot be completed.

Some records may need to be retained for a permitted purpose or legal requirement. Removing information from Volleyball NT also does not remove it from an independent source website; the original publisher may need a separate request.

Scores, subscriptions and other questions

For an incorrect match result or standings entry, use Report a score error. Include an authoritative source if you have one.

For charges or account Access, use Billing support. Canceling a subscription does not submit a privacy-deletion request. A privacy request does not replace subscription cancellation. If you need both, say so clearly.
