Privacy Notice

Volleyball NT is operated by All Great Things. This notice explains how information is handled when you use our website, contact us or use a Subscriber account. Our initial coverage is Dallas–Fort Worth. See About Volleyball NT for more about the service.
Information covered by this notice
Public school pages help visitors follow the teams and competitions we cover. Club Access is a subscription product for one adult Subscriber and one authorized Club Team's Season Stats, for the team and season described in the offer.
A Player is the athlete represented in the statistics. A Subscriber is the adult using an account. Players do not log in. Account information and Player statistics are different records; a request may involve both.

Your emails include your address and information you share. Provide only what is needed. Do not email passwords, full card numbers, card security codes, identity documents or medical information.
Information about Players
Club Access does not give a Subscriber permission to publish or redistribute teammates' information. Buying a subscription does not establish permission on behalf of every family or automatically authorize access to a team.
If you are a parent, guardian, Player, club or school with a concern about information displayed here, use Privacy and data requests. Identify the relevant page and explain your relationship to the information. Please flag a concern about a child's visibility using urgent visibility concern.
Source descriptions and calculation explanations are available in Data sources and coverage. Naming a source does not mean that source endorses Volleyball NT.
Service providers, cookies and other uses
- Cloudflare — hosts the website, serves traffic, and stores first-party visitor counters (path and coarse location) in Cloudflare KV. Required for operation.
- Google Analytics (GA4) — measurement ID
G-JJKSCRJ8LWon public pages only. Not loaded on login, signup, billing, or private Club stats routes. See Google's privacy policy and Google Analytics opt-out. - Google Fonts — typography delivery from Google servers when you load pages.
- Stripe — payment processing when paid Club Access is offered. Card data is handled by Stripe, not stored in our email inbox.
- Email — messages to marketing@allgreatthings.io are handled by All Great Things mail systems.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use school browsing history to advertise third-party products to identified Subscribers.
External websites linked from Volleyball NT have their own privacy notices. Check the notice for the service you visit before submitting information there.
Retention and security
We keep account and billing records while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support billing, disputes and legal requirements. Public school results remain published while accurate and permitted. Support correspondence is kept as long as needed to resolve the request and document outcomes. First-party visitor counters roll up by day and path. Backups may retain data for a limited time as part of normal operations.
Production traffic uses HTTPS with strict transport security, content security policy, and private caching on authenticated routes. Access to Club Season Stats requires a signed-in Subscriber with active Access. Do not send payment card numbers by email.
Canceling paid Access and requesting deletion are separate actions. Cancellation concerns subscription billing and Access. A deletion request concerns information held about you or a Player. See Cancellation and refunds for billing questions.
Requests and privacy rights
You can contact us about access, correction, deletion or a concern about how information is used. We may need enough information to verify your identity or authority before disclosing or changing records. A request does not automatically mean every record can be deleted; any applicable exceptions and retention requirements must be considered.
Residents of states with privacy laws (including Texas, where applicable) may have additional rights to access, delete or correct personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Email us with your request, state of residence, and enough detail to locate the information. We will respond as required by applicable law.
